Two of the three Round Three Triple Crown exchanges have finished and the last leg,

highadrenalineexchange, will start nominations on April 10. That's the shortest of the three legs and our prize raffle will follow soon after!

Following last year's model, Triple Crown Round Three will have two raffles: one for overall winners of Triple Crown, and one for pinch hitters for Triple Crown exchanges. (People who both won the Triple Crown and created a qualifying pinch hit can enter both raffles.) That's because both categories of creators are excellent!

To offer prizes in a raffle, please fill out this form by May 15th. If you have any questions, our inbox at triplecrowncommittee@gmail.com is always open!

Hey everyone! We've reached the check-in period for the second round of Triple Crown (2021-2022). We have mailed out a check-in form to everyone who signed up for prizes in April.

Depending on what you signed up for, you might see one (or two emails) in your inbox:

A check-in form for prize creators, asking about how your progress is going on your 3c gifts. Prize Creator check-in.
A check-in form for prize recipients, asking about whether you've been in contact with your creator and if you've received your gift(s) yet. Prize Recipient check-in.

The check-in form will be open from July 16th to July 31st. The form is required for creators, optional for recipients. The information will be super helpful to us as mods and we would really appreciate your response!

Some important notes!

1) We're just taking stock of where everyone's at right now. If you haven’t started working on your gifts yet, don’t worry – you’ve still got plenty of time! The deadline for prize delivery is 31 December 2022.

2) If you are a prize creator and have already delivered your prize(s) to your recipients, you don't have to check in. You can fill out the Completed Works survey here instead.

3) If you're withdrawing your prize(s) or your prize creator has withdrawn, and you haven't contacted us about it already, please email us at triplecrowncommittee@gmail.com immediately.

4) If you can't view the check-in, or you didn't receive an email, contact us ASAP and we will send the form again (or provide the form via another method if you can't access Airtable).

5) If you have fallen out of contact with your recipient or creator, and you are worried about the lack of communication, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at triplecrowncommittee@gmail.com.

6) Certificates were sent out to everyone who requested one in May. If you haven't received your certificate, please contact us and we'll resend it.

7) Stickers were sent out to everyone who requested them in May and June. If you haven't received your stickers yet, you can let us know in your check-in or you can contact the sticker donor directly by emailing metropolisjournal.ao3@gmail.com.

Now that fffx works have been revealed with a gorgeous 202 works, we are all set to finalize Triple Crown prizes!

This year, we have TWO prize raffles! One for Triple Crown winners and one for pinch hitters for Triple Crown exchanges. (People who both won the Triple Crown and created a pinch hit can enter both raffles.) Pinch hitters are the lifeblood of all exchanges, and pinch hitters for Triple Crown events are worth their weight in gold. As you make your prize offer(s), please consider offering prize(s) for the pinch hitter raffle.

To make a new prize offer or to finalize a prize offer you've already made, fill out this form. Keep in mind that if you have any questions, our inbox at triplecrowncommittee@gmail.com is always open!

Now that we've finished processing all of the donor & recipient check-ins for Round One, we've emailed everyone who needs to get in contact with one or more of their creators.

If you claimed an Everyone Wins prize, or won a raffle, and haven't been in touch with your creator: please respond to your creator(s) queries by September 30th. If you have not provided your creator with the details that they need to create a prize for you by September 30th, we will consider those prizes withdrawn. We realize that sometimes things slip the mind, but we also don't want to keep our creators stewing in stress and waiting indefinitely.

If you requested a plushie and did not receive an email with a survey:
