Round Two Check-In

Hey everyone! We've reached the check-in period for the second round of Triple Crown (2021-2022). We have mailed out a check-in form to everyone who signed up for prizes in April.

Depending on what you signed up for, you might see one (or two emails) in your inbox:

• A check-in form for prize creators, asking about how your progress is going on your 3c gifts. Prize Creator check-in.

• A check-in form for prize recipients, asking about whether you've been in contact with your creator and if you've received your gift(s) yet. Prize Recipient check-in.

The check-in form will be open from July 16th to July 31st. The form is required for creators, optional for recipients. The information will be super helpful to us as mods and we would really appreciate your response!

Some important notes!

1) We're just taking stock of where everyone's at right now. If you haven’t started working on your gifts yet, don’t worry – you’ve still got plenty of time! The deadline for prize delivery is 31 December 2022.

2) If you are a prize creator and have already delivered your prize(s) to your recipients, you don't have to check in. You can fill out the Completed Works survey here instead.

3) If you're withdrawing your prize(s) or your prize creator has withdrawn, and you haven't contacted us about it already, please email us at triplecrowncommittee@gmail.com immediately. 

4) If you can't view the check-in, or you didn't receive an email, contact us ASAP and we will send the form again (or provide the form via another method if you can't access Airtable).

5) If you have fallen out of contact with your recipient or creator, and you are worried about the lack of communication, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at triplecrowncommittee@gmail.com.

6) Certificates were sent out to everyone who requested one in May. If you haven't received your certificate, please contact us and we'll resend it.

7) Stickers were sent out to everyone who requested them in May and June. If you haven't received your stickers yet, you can let us know in your check-in or you can contact the sticker donor directly by emailing metropolisjournal.ao3@gmail.com.
