If all of your works are posted from the same account and you are claiming under that same username, you are pre-verified and can just go claim your prizes and enter raffles right away.

You only need to fill out a verification form if one or more of the following is true:

• You posted your qualifying works across more than one account.
• Some or all of your works are anonymous.
• You are claiming your Triple Crown win under a different username than the AO3 username you posted all your works under.

Verification and prize claiming ends on April 16. (countdown)

How verification will work

• You will either (A) follow the link below to the Airtable form and fill that out or (B) copy the HTML from the textbox at the end of the post, fill out all the questions, and post the completed questionnaire in a Dreamwidth comment on this post.
• You will then keep an eye on your email.
• (You can also proceed to the Prize Claiming Post and/or Raffle Entry Post right away rather than waiting to be verified.)
• A committee member will review your verification form, check your works, and check our records.
• If we can verify quickly based on our records, we will email you just letting you know that you've been verified.
• If we need more information or proof, we will email you with further instructions. 99% of the time this will involve commenting on your AO3 works as the author with a code (codes will be unique per sock or anon fic).

Become verified

Airtable

Airtable is a fancy website where you make databases and stuff! It lets us make a form that puts all of your information directly into our spreadsheet.

• You will be asked for your name/username at the beginning of the form. It's important that you give us the same information you give on the prize claiming and/or raffle entry posts so that none of your information gets lost.
• The Airtable form is anonymous except for the information you give us, so you don't need to sign up for anything or worry about what accounts you might be logged into on your browser.
• When one of the Triple Crown Committee members has time you will get an email either saying you are verified or asking for more information.

Dreamwidth

Dreamwidth is the site you are currently on and we're providing this option in case you really don't want to fill out a form. We support you!

• You will be asked for your name/username at the beginning of the form. It's important that you give us the same information you give on the verification and/or raffle entry posts so that none of your information gets lost.
• Comments are screened, so anon commenters will not be able to see their own comments.
• When one of the Triple Crown Committee members has time you will get an email either saying you are verified or asking for more information. This shouldn't take noticeably longer than the Airtable form.
