Everyone Wins: Prize Claiming for A1-A7

Welcome to the prize claiming post! This post is for prizes that all Triple Crown winners have won. The prizes are:

• A1 — customized winner's certificate
• A2 — custom icon
• A3 — small plushie
• A4 — sticker
• A5 — tarot reading
• A6 — half-body sketch
• A7 — drabble

There's more detailed information below, followed by information about how to claim your prizes. Prize claiming ends on April 16. (countdown)

A1 — Certificate

• A winner's certificate!
• It will be gifted to you by email.
• You can customize several things on the certificate:
  • You can specify what username to put on the certificate.
  • You can pick up to two seals and/or stickers to put on the certificate.
  • You can pick either Exchange Signatures or up to three titles of work(s) you created for the Triple Crown in the signature section.
• Certificates will be provided at web sizes (if you want to show it off on social media).
• At your request, we can also provide certificates that are large enough to print at letter size (350dpi @ 8.5x11 inches).

A2 — Icon

• A custom icon
• Icons will be about 300x300 pixels in size.
• Suitable to Dreamwidth, AO3, Discord, and/or any other place you need an icon.
• If you would like to see our current artist roster's portfolios, you can see their icon work here:

  • More artists may be added to the roster depending on the volume of icon claims
• Icon prize claims will be assigned to artists based on their fandom/subject matter familiarity/availability.
• We will try to fulfill all icon requests made to us exactly as they are given to us, but we may or may not be able to accommodate specific style requests.
• If you don't have a specific request, a Triple Crown winner icon is available to be customized in a color of your choosing. (icon sketch, not final artwork)

A3 — Small Friend

• A small creature crocheted just for you by StormyDaze!
• It will be sent to you via mail (if you live outside the US you will have to chip in a bit to cover shipping costs.)
• Participants who claim this prize will later receive an email asking them for information about what they want their plushie to look like and will be expected to give an address. Only StormyDaze will have access to these addresses.
• The original plushie information post is here and there is a detailed update about how getting your plushie from StormyDaze will work here.

A4 — Sticker

• The sticker is of FireIceWpg's own design and is about 3"x5".
• FireIceWpg will ship anywhere in the world.
• Participants who claim this prize will later receive an email asking them to give an address. Only FireIceWpg will have access to these addresses.

A5 — Tarot Reading

• A 3 card tarot or oracle spread reading of 1 question (How, What, Why questions) for every winner who wants it.
• The winner will receive a written document of their reading (with pictures) and will be able to choose which deck they would like to be used from my selection.
• Images of the tarot card decks she has and further information can be seen here.

A6 — Half-body Sketch

• A halfbody sketch of any character from any fandom or original work by ComicArtistA
• ComicArtistA will not draw NSFW art or adult/minor pairings
• It will be scanned and send as a high quality digital file.
• If the winner would like the original of the art too, ComicArtistA will need their address to send it to and would ask the recipient to cover the shipping cost. You can see prices for a letter with tracking here and prices for a letter without tracking here. The last time ComicArtistA shipped art, it was about 80g, so that’s probably around the right category.
• It may take some time to fill all the requests, but ComicArtistA will draw them as soon as possible and keep the winners updated about progress of art for them.

A7 — Drabble

• One 100 word drabble for every winner from shnuffeluv.
• shnuffeluv usually writes for Sherlock Holmes, Doctor Who, Sanders Sides, The Two Princes, and a few musicals, but feel free to ask about other fandoms including original works.

Claiming your prizes

You have two options for prize claiming: a form on Airtable or filling out a form in a comment on this dreamwidth post. Prize claiming ends on April 16th, and prize creators will be in touch with their recipients before April 30th.

Airtable form

Airtable is a fancy website where you make databases and stuff! It lets us make a form that puts all of your information directly into our spreadsheet.

• You will be asked for your name/username at the beginning of the form. It's important that you give us the same information you give on the verification and/or raffle entry posts so that none of your information gets lost.
• The Airtable form is anonymous except for the information you give us, so you don't need to sign up for anything or worry about what accounts you might be logged into on your browser.
• You will get a confirmation email with a copy of all the information you gave us once we have a chance to process your information; please check it for any mistakes and reach out to us ASAP if you notice a mistake!

Dreamwidth comment

Dreamwidth is the site you are currently on and we're providing this option in case you really don't want to fill out a form. We support you!

• You will be asked for your name/username at the beginning of the form. It's important that you give us the same information you give on the verification and/or raffle entry posts so that none of your information gets lost.
• This method of information gathering may take longer to process than the Airtable form, but we will still send you a confirmation email.
• Comments are screened, so anon commenters will not be able to see their own comments.
