Schedule for Round 3

Congratulations to everyone on a successful heartattackexchange reveal! We're hard at work preparing for Round 3 prizes claims. Since our last schedule update, we've set the time & date for the raffle. The raffle will be held on July 1st at 6pm EDT (countdown). 

 

The schedule for the rest of the round is below. All dates are for 2023.

• June 10: The prize claiming form opens by 9pm EDT. 3c winners can claim prizes and raffle tickets, and pinch hitters who completed pinch hits of 5k+ can claim raffle tickets to the pinch hitter raffles. Anyone who isn't interested in prizes can submit an acknowledgement only form instead!
• June 24: Prize & raffle signups close at 11:59pm EDT (countdown)
• by June 29th: Raffle numbers will be emailed by no later than 9pm EDT on this day.
• July 1st: At 6pm EDT, winning raffle tickets are chosen by Discord robot in a live event (countdown).
  • We expect the raffle to last between two to three hours.
  • You do not have to be present to win prizes! We will notify all winners by email.
  • July 2nd: if there are any prizes that still need to be drawn, we will conduct another drawing on Sunday, July 2nd starting at 3pm EDT.
  • Winning raffle tickets will be posted on Discord and DW by July 3rd.
• by July 5th: Match-up emails will be sent out to prize claimers, raffle winners & raffle creators by the end of this day. 
• July 31st: Prize creators will get in touch with their recipients by end of this day, or their prizes may be considered withdrawn.
• August 31st: Prize recipients must be in contact with their creators by this time, or prizes may be withdrawn.
• September 1st: Prize creator & recipient check-in period begins.
• September 15th: Prize creator & recipient check-in period ends.
• December 31: Prizes are due.

 

Triple Crown Other Prize Fulfillment Dates:

• June 25: Sticker surveys emailed by TKodami to winners who claimed them.
• by July 9th: Acknowledgement Post will be posted on Dreamwidth.
• by July 24th: Certificates will be emailed to winners who claimed them.
• by August 1st: TKodami will begin mailing sticker prizes by this date. Sticker fulfillment will continue throughout the month.
• by August 15th: E-card survey emailed to winners who claimed them   
• by August 31st: E-cards emailed to winners who claimed them.
