2022 Round 2 Schedule

As we near the reveals of fffx, we're getting ready to finally distribute those sweet, sweet round 2 prizes! The schedule is below. All dates are for 2022.

• March 1: The prize offering form opens! You can confirm previously suggested prizes or offer new ones here.
• March 14: All prizes must be offered by this date.
• March 26: A full list of prizes will be published on dreamwidth. Prize & raffle claims will open on Airtable so that winners can pick what they’d like.
• April 10: Prize & raffle signups close at 11:59pm EDT (countdown).
• April 16: At 3pm EDT, winning raffle tickets are chosen by Discord robot in a live event (countdown)
  • We expect the raffle to last between one to two hours. 
  • April 17: if there are any prizes that still need to be drawn, we will conduct another drawing on Sunday, April 17th starting at 3pm EDT.
• by April 19: Prize emails will be sent out to raffle winners & raffle creators by the end of this day
• May 6: Prize creators will get in touch with their recipients by end of this day, or their prizes may be considered withdrawn.
• June 30: Prize recipients must be in contact with their creators by this time, or prizes may be withdrawn.
• July 16: Prize creator & recipient check-in period begins.
• July 31: Prize creator & recipient check-in period ends.
• December 31: Prizes are due.
