Round One Check-In Complete

 We've finished check-ins for Round One. A tremendous thank you to everyone who responded! We've begun the process of reading through all of the check-ins. Our goal is to make sure that everything is running as smoothly as possible. 

We may be in touch with you later if you raised a specific issue in your response. Otherwise, everything seems to be on-track. 

Raffle Prizes updates

All of the raffle donors who responded are either waiting for their recipients to respond with further information, or working towards fulfilling their prizes by the December 31st deadline. If you haven't checked in with your raffle creator about the specifics of your prize, please do so as soon as possible!

There are two raffle prize donors we haven't heard from yet, and are following up with them.

Everyone Wins Prizes updates

We've also been in touch with all of our Everyone Wins creators, and we have the following updates:

1) Icon fulfillment has begun! So far, the Icon Creating Team has been able to fulfill 9 icons in August, and another 9 for September. There's been a volunteer to help out with icon creation, which will be a huge help to us. Barring other difficulties, the team expects to be able to keep up the pace of 7-10 icons per month until all requests are fulfilled by December 31st. 

2) Small Friend creation was paused for August, but will resume in September. 

3) Stickers have been sent out to everyone who requested them & responded to the creator's email. If you are missing a sticker, please get in contact with the creator via their June email.

4) Tarot readings have been completed for everyone who responded to the creator's email. If you still have a tarot reading outstanding, please send your question on to your creator. 

5) The original creator for the drabble prize had to withdraw. Pinch hitters have been arranged for everyone who sent their fandoms & prompts in to the 3c committee. If you claimed a drabble, please respond to the "Drabble creator update" query by September 30th. Thank you!
